  We maintain your on-call schedule. You simply provide us a copy of the schedule, and we load it into our system. It can be changed at any time with a simple phone call.

  Fully Customizable Greeting System

  You may choose to have your after hours callers hear a "pre-screening" announcement. This announcement may contain information such as your normal business hours, the types of calls you can handle after hours, etc. Your callers may simply press a button or stay on the line and one of our friendly operators will assist them.
